Machine Guns at Night

A video my psychiatrist recommended to help me understand my inner child. It turned out the kid is a pyrotechnic maniac and fun to hang out with. The video was so good that I thought it would help a lot of other people too!

Very unfortunately the video doesn't answer the most important question about events like this, weddings, funerals, etc. "But how was the beer?"

It reminds me of a club that meets at night to test house vacuum cleaners and see how much gas they can suck up from parking lot pavement before the afterburner ignites or better yet they explode and level the neighborhood.

It also reminds me of an action movie clip where the hero tells his sidekick "easy on the ammo. Those rounds are a buck each." When the bad guys start to get closer acting like the guys in the video, the kick complains. "They're spending a fortune!"

An unusual sound clip from a remarkable speaker makes a nice related point about taxpayer money and the latest war. money.mp3 80 sec, 32 kbps, 315 KB

He has made it clear he wants nothing to do with politics and he rarely mentions or comments about anything political, but when he does, he nails it down pretty well, doesn't he?

Another short clip of his that is a big favorite of mine. fulfilled every day.mp3 3 min 7 sec, 32 kbps, 733 KB

The first audio clip was just an aside. This quote from one of his talks gives a better indication of the direction he usually goes.

"Within you is the most amazing feeling you can possibly imagine. All that you look for, that you have looked for all your life, has always been right inside of you. When you look inside you will find the joy that you have always desired. This is a gift that you have, and I can show you a way to get in touch with it." Prem Rawat
