Breakfast
We need something like dog food, but for us. I had a really busy time in my life when I was looking for something like that. Just a big bag that will keep indefinitely and you can scoop out a bowl any time you want, add beer and it would be ready to eat. Total preparation time about 6 seconds depending on the bottleneck and your velocity getting things done. I still think this is a really good idea and I might work on the product occasionally in the kitchen.
I lived near a supermarket for awhile that had fried chicken available from their hot food counter early in the morning. My favorite breakfast at that time was fried chicken and beer.
For me it is best to go to work first and have breakfast there. There is quite a bit of detail in the reasons for that, but to make a tedious story short, ...ouch! Well ok, if you let go of my arm I'll skip it completely.
And while I was having breakfast at work popcorn was perfect. I could just keep it in a bag in my locker and use ordinary brown paper bags to pop it in the microwave. You don't need the bags they usually sell microwave popcorn in. (The things you learn here.) There was a freezer in the lunch room fridge where I could keep some frozen butter and melt a bit each time I made it.

There is something so pleasant about fresh popcorn with butter that it practically makes people happy when they smell it. It did get a lot of comments.
I did get phone calls from 4 floors up in the building saying they could smell it from there, (ok, I'm lying) and quite a few comments that it wasn't very healthy. I used to ask "And cornflakes are good for you?"
Never did get a comeback for that one.
