A Couple of Quotes

I really like quotes that manage to say a lot in a few words. When I first got online I knew what the internet was for, looking up quotes and I probably spent about 80% of my time reading quotes and forums. I noticed pretty quickly that a couple of them made a nice pair.

There are so many things that tie into this, like my favorite speaker mentioning how important it is to tell the people you love that you do love them, even if you might assume they know that. When a plane is in trouble on the Discovery Channel and it is going down or it looks bad the most frequent message from the cell phones on it seems to be just on that topic.

I have spent a lot of time with a couple of people that I really did appreciate and were just perfect people for me to be with at those times. I did not express that verbally and certainly will now if I get the chance.

I really do not put an effort into saying nice things to people but if I do see something I like I'm just less reserved about expressing it. I mentioned to someone how much I liked a site that they did. The site was only mentioned at a forum because of problems, but I checked back a couple of months later and it really looked good. I was surprised at how much the comment was appreciated.
